Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Another yummy recipe. I like this version of parmesan chicken because its a little different than most, and I LOVE Ritz Crackers :)

Parmesan Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 sleeves Ritz Crackers
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 cube butter, 1 cup
spaghetti noodles
spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese

Mix the crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, seasoning salt, parsley, and parmesan cheese together in a shallow dish. Mix the sour cream and milk together in another shallow dish. Dip the chicken into the sour cream mixture and then into the cracker mixture, coating each side generously. Place chicken in a 9x13 pan with 1/4 cube melted butter on the bottom of the pan. Once the chicken is in the pan, drizzle the remaining melted butter on top. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for about 45-50 mins. Cook and drain the noodles. Make spaghetti sauce (my homeade spaghetti sauce recipe is below). Warm spaghetti sauce in pan with drained noodles. Serve chicken over noodles and sauce. Use the mozzarella as a topping. I like to broil the cheese on top of chicken for extra yumminess! Enjoy!

My Homeade Spaghetti Sauce:
1 6 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Mix all together. Easy, yet delish.
